Deuteronomy 8:3 And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every [word] that proceedeth out of the mouth of YHVH (the LORD) doth man live.

~No Knead Challah? ~

O.K., Do you ever lose track of time? I sure do! SO, with that in mind, I thought I would share with you the Challah recipe I go to, WHEN I AM JUST PLAIN RUNNING LOW ON TIME! Or want to change things up ;)

I have used this many times! It always works and my family loves it!  All you need is 5 minutes to mix the ingredients together, then it sits on the counter for 2 hours WHILE YOU ARE DOING OTHER THINGS :)

After the two hours are up, you divide the dough into two, further dived the two lumps into 3 or more ropes, braid, let rise just a smidgen more, bake for 20-30 minutes and viola~ YUM! That's right, NO KNEADING!!!(so you are still looking at a couple of hours for the entire process, BUT you didn't have to spend the time kneading)

So because of copyrights, I will forward you to the blog that did a review on this recipe called "The Kitchen" CLICK HERE FOR THE RECIPE ,also check out the 5 minute Artisan Bread website for Whole Grain Challah with Cranberries and Orange Zest ~Check out their books while your there!

Anyway~I hope you try it for yourself!
Have a blessed Shabbat,
